REGISTRATION FEES

All registration fees listed above include 23% VAT. After completing your registration for the conference, please wait for the confirmation e-mail, which will contain detailed information and payment instructions.

• The registration fee for authors and conference participants covers access to all scientific sessions of the conference, coffee breaks, conference documentation and materials, and conference dinner (unless purchased separately).
• The student registration fee includes full access to the scientific programme, coffee breaks and dinner, documentation, offering a reduced rate to broadly support student participation.
• The conference participation fee is intended for attendees without paper submissions and includes access to sessions and conference activities as specified above.
• An additional paper fee applies to participants with intention of submitting sub-sequent (more than 2) conference papers registered by the same author.
• An individual and extra dinner ticket may be purchased separately for accompanying persons or additional guests (prior to the dinner room limits).

Important: Payment of the applicable registration fee is required for an accepted paper/papers to be included in the conference proceedings, alongside with their active presentation during the event.

We encourage all interested participants to proceed with early-bird registration to benefit from reduced conference rates and to secure participation in all conference activities.
