REGISTRATION FEES

All registration fees listed above include 23% VAT. After completing your registration for the conference, please wait for the confirmation e-mail, which will contain detailed information and payment instructions.

• The registration fee for authors and ELEKTRO 2026 participants covers access to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, documentation and materials, and conference dinner.
• The student registration fee includes full access to the ELEKTRO 2026 scientific programme, coffee breaks and conference dinner, documentation, offering a reduced rate to support student participation.
• The conference participation fee is intended for attendees without paper submissions and includes access to sessions and related ELEKTRO 2026 activities as specified above.
• An additional paper fee applies to participants with intention of submitting sub-sequent (more than 2) conference papers registered by the same author.
• An individual and extra ticket for conference dinner may be purchased separately for accompanying persons or additional guests (prior to the dinner room limits).

ELEKTRO 2026 conference dinner will be organized at the Holiday Inn hotel Žilina on 9th September 2026

Important: Payment of the applicable registration fee is required for an accepted paper/papers to be included in the conference proceedings, alongside with their active presentation during the event.

We encourage all interested participants to proceed with early-bird registration to benefit from reduced conference rates and to secure participation in all conference activities.
