PAPER SUBMISSION
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers presenting new results, ideas, or developments in all areas covered by the scientific conference topics. Submissions must be written in English and prepared according to the official IEEE conference paper template.
Each manuscript will undergo a peer-review process conducted by the international scientific committee ELEKTRO 2026 to ensure academic quality, relevance, and originality. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, as well as indexed in major scientific databases.
Submissions are accepted in PDF format through the online submission system accessible via the conference website.
Authors are encouraged to carefully follow the formatting and ethical guidelines and to indicate the most relevant conference topic or track during submission. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference.
GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS
We warmly invite all potential authors to submit their contributions to ELEKTRO 2026 and become part of an international scientific forum. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth submission and review process.

Submission and Review Process
Papers are submitted electronically via the conference website prior to registration into the conference system. Each submission undergoes a peer-review process conducted by at least two independent reviewers. Reviewers’ comments and recommendations will be sent to the authors.
If the paper status is “Paper revision required”, authors must:
- Revise the manuscript according to reviewers’ comments
- Highlight all changes in the revised version
- Re-submit the paper for further/final evaluation
Please note:
- Papers that do not adequately address all reviewers’ comments may be returned for further revisions or even can be rejected by the members of the scientific committee
- Revisions of rejected papers will not be accepted for publication in conference proceedings.
Plagiarism policy
All submissions are subject to plagiarism checking. Papers that do not pass the plagiarism check, or that include authors listed on the Prohibited Author List, will be rejected.
Important: Final conference papers with an IEEE CrossCheck similarity score above 50% will NOT be indexed in IEEE Xplore.
