PAPER SUBMISSION
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers presenting new results, ideas, or developments in all areas covered by the scientific conference topics. Submissions must be written in English and prepared according to the official IEEE conference paper template.
Each manuscript will undergo a peer-review process conducted by the international scientific committee ELEKTRO 2026 to ensure academic quality, relevance, and originality. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, as well as indexed in major scientific databases.
Submissions are accepted in PDF format through the online submission system accessible via the conference website.
Authors are encouraged to carefully follow the formatting and ethical guidelines and to indicate the most relevant conference topic or track during submission. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference.
AUTHOR GUIDELINES
Paper Submission will be open in December 2025.
MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION
The 4-page paper should be typed single space with one-inch margins on all four sides. Charts, illustrations, and figures must fit within the 4-page paper limit.
The IEEE Xplore proceedings will only contain accepted papers that are presented at the conference. To ensure your paper is IEEE Xplore compliant, please use IEEE PDF eXpress.
AUTHOR NOTIFICATIONS
Author acceptance/rejection notices are sent to the corresponding author as indicated during the electronic submission. All other correspondence for accepted papers will be sent to the presenting author as indicated during the electronic submission.
IEEE ELECTRONIC COPYRIGHT FORM (eCF)
If your paper is accepted, you will be required to complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF). This form allows IEEE the right to use, distribute, publish, exhibit, digitize, broadcast, reproduce, and archive, in any format or medium, whether now known or hereafter developed any materials, including written, audio and visual works.
